3 Kw Solar Power Plant

The working of  3 Kw. Solar System

The Solar System starts generating electricity as soon as  3  kW Solar Panels get sunshine . Each panel carrier a group of silicon photovoltaic (PV) cells. solar panels are arranged together to form solar array which amplifies their energy generation capacity.
As photons in sunlight strike solar cell, It set electrons free.  The follow of these electrons generates DC electricity. A Solar inverter then converts the DC electricity to Ac electricity suitable to the run appliances and electronics. The Inverter also regulates the amount of electricity being fed the electrical grid. it ensures that only excess energy is sent to grid.

3 KW On Grid Solar System Specification

also referred to as a grid-tied system an grid framework is the most economical solar system option and allows you to stay connected to the grid. A 3 Kw On grid System uses solar panels and an Inverter to supply low-cost electricity while sending the surplus to the grid

AREA Required

To Install A 3 Kw Solar System, You Need Shade free Space of 300 Sq. ft.

Energy Out PUT

12 Kw Electricity per Day
360 Kw Electricity month.
4,380 Kw Electricity /  Annual

PM Surya Ghar Yojana

PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (pmsuryaghar.gov.in): “Free Electricity Scheme” was announced by the Central Government on 22 January 2024 which has been named PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. The aim of this scheme is to reduce the expenditure on electricity bills to zero by installing roof top solar panels in 1 crore houses of the country. All categories of poor and middle class families will get the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana. The official website for Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme www.pmsuryaghar.gov.in has been launched.

In PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, a maximum subsidy of up to Rs 78000 is provided, which is as follows: 1 KW = subsidy Rs 30000 /-, 2 KW = subsidy Rs 60000 /-, Rs 78000 on solar system of 3 and more KW. subsidy up to

Muft Bijli Yojana, also known as the Saubhagya scheme (Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana), is an initiative by the Government of India aimed at providing electricity connections to all households in rural and urban areas. Here’s an overview of the scheme:

Objective: The primary objective of the Muft Bijli Yojana is to ensure that every household in India has access to electricity. It aims to achieve universal household electrification and reduce the gap in electricity access between urban and rural areas.

01

Site Assessment and Feasibility Study:

  • Site Selection: Identify suitable locations with adequate sunlight exposure throughout the year, minimal shading, and sufficient space for solar panels.
  • Solar Resource Assessment: Evaluate solar irradiance levels using tools like GIS data, satellite imagery, or on-site measurements.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Assess technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, grid connection options, and economic viability (cost vs. savings).

02

System Design:

  • System Sizing: Determine the capacity of the solar PV system based on energy demand, available roof or ground space, and budget constraints.
  • Panel Orientation and Tilt: Optimize the orientation (south-facing for Northern Hemisphere) and tilt angle of panels to maximize solar energy capture.
  • Inverter Selection: Choose inverters that convert DC electricity from solar panels to AC electricity suitable for grid connection or off-grid systems.
  • Mounting Structure: Select appropriate mounting systems (roof-mounted, ground-mounted, tracking systems) based on site conditions and project requirements.

03

Electrical Design:

  • Wiring and Layout: Design electrical wiring and layout to minimize losses, ensure safety, and comply with local electrical codes.
  • Protection and Safety: Include protection devices like fuses, breakers, and surge arrestors to safeguard equipment and personnel.

04

Permitting and Regulatory Compliance:

  • Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and interconnection agreements from local authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, environmental regulations, and grid connection standards.

05

Financial Analysis:

Conduct a detailed financial analysis including upfront costs, operational costs, expected energy production (based on solar resource assessment), potential incentives (tax credits, rebates), and return on investment (ROI) calculations.

06

Construction and Installation:

  • Procure solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and other equipment from reliable suppliers.
  • Hire experienced contractors or installers to handle site preparation, panel installation, electrical wiring, and system commissioning.
  •

07

Monitoring and Maintenance:

  • Implement a monitoring system to track energy production, detect performance issues, and optimize system efficiency.
  • Establish a maintenance schedule for regular inspections, cleaning, and repairs to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
  •

08

Integration with Energy Storage (if applicable):

Consider integrating energy storage solutions (batteries) to store excess energy for use during low-sunlight periods or during peak demand times.

09

Documentation and Handover:

Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, and documentation for system handover to the owner or operator.

Continued Optimization and Upgrades:

Monitor system performance over time and consider upgrades or optimizations to improve efficiency, extend lifespan, or incorporate new technologies.

Designing a solar project requires interdisciplinary expertise in engineering, finance, regulations, and project management. Collaboration with experienced solar professionals and consultants can streamline the process and ensure successful implementation from feasibility assessment to system operation.
